Christmas Residential Breaks
The Dunster Castle Hotel is renowned for its wonderfully relaxing Seasonal breaks with all the flavour of the festive times. Join us from the 23rd or 24th of December and have all the hard work of the Yuletide Holidays taken away so you can really enjoy this Christmas time.
23rd December
• Arrive at leisure from 2pm
• Join the Management Team and your fellow guests for afternoon tea in the Cellar Bar.
• During the afternoon a short walk of the Dunster area by a local expert
• A wonderful three course dinner in the Squires restaurant.
24th December
• Full English breakfast served in Squires restaurant from 8.30am
• 3 course hot & cold buffet lunch
• After lunch a talk on buying and selling antiques by Dunster’s very own “Lovejoy” Bob Ricketts at the “Crooked Window shop” with mulled wine and mince pies.
• A wonderful three course dinner in the Squires restaurant.
• Mid Night Mass service at our local church and mince pies and Hot Chocolate upon your return.
25th December
• Merry Christmas, full English breakfast served from 8.30am in Squires restaurant
• 7 course Christmas Day Lunch in Squires restaurant
• Enjoy the Queens speech at 3pm with Afternoon Tea and Christmas cake in the Lounge
• Christmas day evening gala buffet in Squires Restaurant
• In the evening win some great prizes in our Christmas Sing a long
26th December
• Full English breakfast served from 8.30am in Squires restaurant
• Light lunch at 12.00pm
• Farewell Five Course gala dinner in Squires restaurant
• And to entertain you dancing to music ‘throughout the decades’ with our resident DJ.
27th December
• Full English breakfast served from 8.30am in the Squires Restaurant
• Tim and Shantell will be on hand to bid you a fond farewell

• Enjoy leisure time with a stroll around the Village or retail therapy
during the seasons sales in nearby Taunton
• Three course dinner in the Squires Restaurant.
29th December
• Full English breakfast served from 8.30am in the Squires Restaurant
• Farewell gala dinner (five courses) served in the Squires restaurant.
• Join us for an in-house quiz night.
30th December
• Full English breakfast served in Squires restaurant
